CENTAURS & TRANS-NEPTUNIAN OBJECTS
Centaurs are bodies in the Solar System that orbit between Jupiter and Neptune, crossing the orbits of the major planets. Chiron, the most well-known was discovered in 1977. Other such as Pholus, Nessus and Asbolus followed later.
Trans-Neptunian Objects (TNO’s) have been discovered beyond Neptune, out in the Kuiper belt and even further out in the Oort Cloud. They rejoice in such names as Ixion, Varuna, Sedna, Eris, Makemake and Quaoar.
Astrologers are still getting to know these newcomers and are studying their influence.
